Activity

What Activity is​

Activity is the running record of everything you have run in Cognivo, newest first. It gathers your checks, traces, liquidity looks and notifications from the dApp, Cognivo Chat and Telegram into one list, so you never have to remember which surface you were using.

When to use it​

Use it when you are asking yourself one of these:

  • What did I run yesterday, and what was the address?
  • Did that check cost me credits, or was it free?
  • I ran something and closed the tab. Where did the result go?

Where to find it​

There are two views. The Cognivo home page gives you the summary, and the Usage and activity page gives you the full record. Open the full record from the sidebar under Account, then Usage.

The summary on the home page​

The home page opens with counter tiles for your traces, liquidity checks, unread notifications and reward shares, followed by two charts. Activity by tool shows how your runs split across the tools you use. Activity (last 7 days) shows the past week day by day, with a Free and Paid legend so you can see at a glance whether a busy day cost you anything.

Under the charts, Recent activity lists your last few runs. Each row names the tool, shows which surface it came from, shows a shortened address or transaction hash, and tells you how long ago it ran. A details toggle on the row opens the finer points without leaving the page. View all takes you to the full record.

The full record​

Usage and activity carries the subtitle "See everything you have run and every credit you have spent." A summary row across the top shows your free credits used today, your paid credit balance and your total available. Below that sit the tabs, the search box and the list itself.

  1. Switch between Activity, Charges, Liquidity, Traces, Notifications and Watches to narrow the list to one kind of record.
  2. Type in Search your activity to find a single run, wallet or token without scrolling.
  3. Change the number beside the search box to show more or fewer entries on each page.

What to expect back​

Each entry shows the kind of record it is, such as Charge, Liquidity check, Trace, Notification or Watch, along with the network it ran on, the time, and how it was covered. Cost is stated honestly rather than assumed: a run can be marked Free, Free daily, Cached, Voucher waived, or the exact number of credits it used.

Status is stated the same way. A run can read In progress, Completed, Partial result, Cancelled, Did not finish, No result found, or Evidence unavailable. The last two are worth reading carefully. No result found means Cognivo ran the check and nothing matched. Evidence unavailable means Cognivo could not verify the point, which is not the same as confirming there is nothing there. If a status is one Cognivo has no reviewed wording for, no status badge is shown at all, rather than a made up label.

An empty list is not a failure. If you have not run anything yet, the Activity tab says "No activity yet", and each other tab has its own empty message telling you what would fill it. On a very old charge you may see a note that the credit breakdown is not available for that entry.

Wallet look ups you ask for in Cognivo Chat land here too. Asking Cognivo to read a wallet's recent activity, list what a wallet holds, take a first look at a wallet, or list the transactions sent to a contract is free on chat across Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain, and those runs appear in your record labelled as coming from Chat.

Cost and limitations​

Viewing your Activity is free, on every tab. The tools listed inside it are mostly free as well. Only three things can charge credits today: Bubble Maps at 1 credit, Smart Accounts at 2 credits and Wallet Intelligence at 6 credits. Cognivo quotes the price before it runs any of them and only charges after you say yes and a real result comes back, so any paid row you see is one you approved. Every account also gets 5 free credits a day, which reset at midnight UTC.

Two limits are worth knowing. Your account record fills in only after you sign in, so sign in first if a run you remember is missing. Traces are also saved in your browser, which is why they stay available when you are signed out. The networks covered are Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain.
