Billing & Credits
What this page is
Billing & Credits is where you see how many credits you have, buy more, and decide whether Cognivo asks for your OK before it spends any. One credit is worth 0.01 US dollars.
- Your Credit Balance shows free daily credits, paid credits that never expire, and your total available. One credit is worth 0.01 US dollars.
- Pick the payment token, USDT or USDC, on Ethereum.
- Choose a pack: 10 dollars for 1,000 credits, 25 dollars for 2,650, 50 dollars for 5,500, or 100 dollars for 11,200, with larger packs including bonus credits.
- Select Get Deposit Address to pay to a non-custodial address. Credits are added after 12 on-chain confirmations.
Most of Cognivo is free. Chat is free, alerts are free to set up and free to receive, and only three tools cost credits today: Bubble Maps (1 credit), Smart Accounts (2 credits) and Wallet Intelligence (6 credits).
When to use it
Come here when you want to answer one of these questions: how many credits do I have left today, how do I get more, and how do I make sure nothing charges me without asking first.
Where to find it
Open Account in the sidebar, then Billing & Credits. You can also reach it from the account menu in the top bar. You need to be signed in.
- Choose USDT or USDC under Payment Token. Both are paid on Ethereum, as the note beside them says.
- Pick a pack. The one you select sets the credits you receive and the amount shown under You pay.
- Select Get Deposit Address to see where to send the payment.
- Turn on Ask before paid tools run if you want Cognivo to quote the cost and wait for your OK before spending credits.
Your balance
The Credit Balance panel on the right splits your credits into three numbers.
- Free Today is your free daily allowance. Every account gets 5 free credits per day, and the panel shows the time they reset. Free credits reset at midnight UTC.
- Paid Credits are credits you bought. They never expire.
- Total Available is the two added together, with your plan name underneath.
Free credits are used before paid credits, so a light day of use may cost you nothing at all.

The summary under the packs always shows Base credits, Total credits and You pay before you commit, so you can check the numbers first.
How paying works
Choose USDT or USDC, pick a pack, then select Get Deposit Address. Cognivo creates a deposit address that belongs to your account and shows the exact amount to send. Send that amount, on Ethereum, to that address.
The page then tracks the payment for you and moves through Awaiting deposit, Detected, confirming, Confirmed, crediting and finally Credited. Deposits are credited after 12 on-chain confirmations, so there is a wait between sending and seeing the new balance. If the status stays on Awaiting deposit, Cognivo has not seen your transfer yet, not that it has failed.
Deposit addresses are non-custodial. Credits are non-refundable, and Cognivo cannot recover a transfer sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or in the wrong token. Check all three before you send.
Charge confirmations
The Charge confirmations card controls the toggle Ask before paid tools run. Keeping it on is recommended. With it on, Cognivo quotes the cost of a paid tool and waits for your OK before spending anything. Declining or cancelling never charges you, and you are never charged when a tool returns no real result. The setting applies everywhere, including chat and Telegram.
Checking what you spent
Every run is listed on the Usage and activity page under the Charges tab, with the same balance summary at the top. Each entry shows Total, Free and Paid, so you can see which runs used your free daily credits and which used paid ones. Free, cached and voucher-covered runs appear there too, which is why an entry can read Paid: 0.
Use the filter chips to narrow the list by tool, or the search field to find a specific run. An empty list means nothing matched your filter, not that your history was cleared.
Limitations
- Payment is USDT or USDC on Ethereum only. There is no card payment option on this page.
- Balance and history load only once you are signed in and your account is connected. Until then the page shows Connecting account.
- If the reset time cannot be read, the panel shows Reset time unavailable. Your free credits still reset at midnight UTC.
