Billing & Credit Packs

Billing and Credits is where you see your balance and buy more credits. Credits pay for the paid Cognivo tools.

Where to find it​

Open Billing & Credits from the account area of the dApp.

  1. Your Credit Balance shows free daily credits, paid credits that never expire, and your total available. One credit is worth 0.01 US dollars.
  2. Pick the payment token, USDT or USDC, on Ethereum.
  3. Choose a pack: 10 dollars for 1,000 credits, 25 dollars for 2,650, 50 dollars for 5,500, or 100 dollars for 11,200, with larger packs including bonus credits.
  4. Select Get Deposit Address to pay to a non-custodial address. Credits are added after 12 on-chain confirmations.

What each part means​

  • Credit Balance shows your free credits for today, your paid credits (which never expire), and your total available. One credit is worth 0.01 US dollars.
  • Payment Token lets you pay in USDT or USDC, on Ethereum.
  • Select Pack offers the credit packs. Larger packs include bonus credits.
  • Get Deposit Address creates a non-custodial address to pay to. Credits are added after 12 on-chain confirmations.

Free daily credits reset at midnight UTC and are used before any paid credits. Paid credits never expire.

How paying works​

  1. Choose your payment token and pack.
  2. Select Get Deposit Address to get a deposit address that belongs to your account.
  3. Send USDT or USDC on Ethereum to that address.
  4. After 12 on-chain confirmations, your credits are added to your balance.

Deposits are non-custodial and credits are non-refundable, so double-check the pack before you pay.

Free or paid​

Viewing your balance is free. Buying credits is the only paid step here, and you always see the exact credits and price before you pay.

Limitations​

  • Payment is on Ethereum using USDT or USDC.
  • Your balance and history appear once you are signed in and your account is connected from a Cognivo top-up link.
