Navigating the Platform
One account, two places to work
Cognivo is a single account with two front doors. Cognivo Chat is where you ask a question in plain language. The Cognivo dApp is where the same checks run as full pages, with tables, maps, your history and your settings.
- Find every Cognivo tool in the navigation menu - the sidebar on desktop, or the menu button on mobile.
- Use Quick actions to jump straight into a common task like tracing a wallet or asking Cognivo AI.

Sign in once and your account, your credits and your saved work follow you between the two.
When to use which
Use Chat when the question is open ended and you are not sure which tool answers it. Ask "who funded this wallet" or "why is this token down" and Cognivo picks the tool for you.
Use the dApp when you know what you want, when you want every field on screen at once, or when you want to come back to the result later. Chat can also hand a result over to the dApp, so you can begin in one and finish in the other.
Where to find things in the dApp
The dApp sidebar is split into four groups.
- Overview: Home, Notifications, History and Saved.
- Intelligence: the tools themselves, including Wallet Tracer, Token & Contract Analysis, Transaction Intelligence, Wallet Intelligence, Holder Concentration, Bubble Maps, Smart Accounts, Liquidity, Wallet PnL and Team Wallets.
- Account: Billing, Usage, Rewards, Competitions, Gifts, Support, Link Telegram, Developers, Public profile and Settings.
- Community: Discover, Community hub, Announcements, Documentation and About $COGNI.
Most tools work on Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain. A few support fewer networks, and the tool page tells you which ones it accepts.
Your account home
Home is what you land on after signing in. It gathers your identity, your progress and a summary of what you have run.
- Select the copy button beside COGNIVO ID to copy your ID, support uses it to find your account faster.
- Open Manage your alerts to see what Cognivo is watching for you and change it.
- Select Public profile in the sidebar to see the version of your profile that other people can view.
Below the Cognivo ID card sits your rank, your total XP and a progress bar towards the next rank, with the exact XP still needed. Three shortcut cards follow, for Compete & win, Community feed and Manage your alerts, which shows how many alerts are currently active. Under those are four tiles: Traces, Liquidity checks, unread Notifications and Reward shares earned.
If you are new, the tiles read zero and the activity area says there is no activity yet. That is a count of what you have run, not a judgement about your account. Run a trace or a liquidity check and the numbers fill in.
The top bar and the Live on Cognivo widget
The top bar carries your credit balance, a countdown to your next free daily credits, the language selector, the notification bell with its unread count, and links out to the Cognivo website and community. Back to Chat appears when you arrived from a Chat conversation, and takes you back to that conversation.
Further down the home page you get Quick actions, a grid of every tool in one place, with tiles such as Investigate liquidity, Ask Cognivo AI, Wallet PnL, Trader intelligence, Team-wallet scan, Manage alerts and Contact support.
The Live on Cognivo widget floats over the page and shows a recent check that someone chose to share publicly, with the account details removed. Show full result expands it, Run this search starts a fresh check of your own, and View and share opens the shared card. You can mute the widget or close it. If nobody has shared anything recently, it stays quiet. That means nothing has been shared, not that nothing is happening on Cognivo.
Credits and confirmation
Nearly everything on Cognivo is free, and Chat itself is free. Three tools charge credits today: Bubble Maps costs 1 credit, Smart Accounts costs 2 credits, and Wallet Intelligence costs 6 credits. Cognivo shows you the cost first and charges only after you confirm, and only when a real result comes back. If you decline, or the check returns nothing, you are not charged. Every account gets 5 free credits a day, and they reset at midnight UTC.
Receiving alerts is free on every channel, and setting up alerts and watch profiles is free too.
