Sign Up with Email

You can create a Cognivo account with an email address and password. A wallet is optional.

How to Register​

  1. Go to chat.cognivolabs.io
  2. Click Sign up or Create account
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Choose a password (minimum 8 characters)
  5. Click Create account

If email verification is enabled, you will receive a confirmation email. Open the link in that email to activate your account, then return to sign in.

Signing In After Registration​

  1. Go to chat.cognivolabs.io
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click Sign in

You will be taken straight into Cognivo Chat.

If You Forget Your Password​

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email address and click Send reset link
  3. Open the email you receive and click the reset link
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Sign in with your new password

Two-Factor Authentication (Optional)​

For added security, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings after signing in. When enabled, you will enter a one-time code from your authenticator app each time you log in.

To enable 2FA, go to Settings → Account.
