Trace History

What this is​

Cognivo keeps a record of the checks you run. Every wallet trace and every liquidity check lands on one page called Investigation history, so you can open a past result again instead of running it a second time.

  1. Filter your investigations by type: All, Traces, Liquidity, or All activity.
  2. Search your past investigations by address or token.
  3. Narrow results to a specific chain.
  4. Filter by status. Every trace and liquidity check you run appears in this list.

When to use it​

Use it when you think "I looked at this wallet last week, what did it say?", or when you want to compare a token you checked twice, or when you closed a tab by accident and want the result back. It is also the quickest way to see how many times you have run the same check.

Where to find it​

In the dApp sidebar, under Overview, select History. The page opens with the subtitle "Every wallet trace and liquidity check you have run, all in one place."

  1. Use the All, Traces, Liquidity and All activity tabs to narrow the list to one kind of check.
  2. Type a wallet address or token into Search by address or token to find something you looked at before, and use All chains or All statuses to cut the list down further.
  3. Select Show Expired to bring older results that have dropped off the list back into view.

What each result card tells you​

Each card names the kind of check it was, such as LP Check or Why-down analysis, along with the token or wallet it was run on and the chain it ran on. Cognivo covers Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain, and each card carries the chain it used so you are never guessing.

Cards also show a run count, so "14 runs" means you have checked that token fourteen times. Short badges carry the headline finding from that run, for example a liquidity lock state or a burn result. Select a card to reopen the full result.

Two more labels are worth knowing. An Account badge means the entry is saved to your Cognivo account and follows you to any device you sign in on. A This device badge means the entry lives only in this browser.

When the list looks empty​

An empty list is not always the same thing, so Cognivo tries to say which one it is.

  • "Nothing here yet" means you have not run that kind of check yet.
  • "No matches" means your search or your filters are hiding everything. Clear them and the list comes back.
  • If Cognivo cannot read your history at that moment, the page says the history is unavailable rather than showing you an empty list. Unavailable means Cognivo could not load your records, not that your records are gone. Try again shortly.

Signed out, the All activity tab asks you to sign in, because that view pulls together what you have run across Cognivo Chat, the dApp and Telegram.

How long history is kept​

Trace history stored in your browser holds up to 20 entries and keeps each one for 7 days. Older entries are marked as expired, and the newest entry pushes out the oldest once the list is full. Clearing your browser storage removes that local history for good.

Signing in changes this. Your traces are then saved to your Cognivo account, which is what the "Synced to your account" note on the page means, and they are no longer tied to one browser.

To clear the list yourself, use Clear All at the top right. Cognivo asks you to confirm first, and the deletion cannot be undone.

Seeing what each run cost​

History tells you what you ran. Usage and activity tells you what it cost. Open it from your account area and select the Traces tab.

Every account gets 5 free credits per day, and they reset at midnight UTC. The tiles at the top of the page show how many free credits are left today, how many paid credits you hold, and the total available. Each trace card carries its own outcome chip, such as Free, Free daily, Cached or a credit amount.

Reading your history, reopening a past result and running a wallet trace all cost nothing. Only three things in Cognivo charge credits today: Bubble Maps at 1 credit, Smart Accounts at 2 credits, and Wallet Intelligence at 6 credits. Cognivo quotes the cost before any of those run, charges only after you agree, and only when a real result comes back.

Checking a trace that is still running​

If you started a trace in Cognivo Chat, you can ask whether it has finished and Cognivo will check its status for you. That check is free. Chat cannot list your past traces, so for the full list come back to the History page in the dApp.
