Data Controls
Data Controls gives you tools to manage the data associated with your account — importing conversations, revoking access credentials, clearing cached audio, and permanently deleting conversation history.
To open: click your name or avatar at the bottom of the left sidebar, then select Settings → Data Controls.
Import Conversations
Upload a conversation file to import previous conversations into Cognivo Chat. Only supported export formats are accepted.
If your file is rejected, verify that it is a supported conversation export format and try again.
Shared Links
View all conversation links you have previously generated and shared. You can delete individual links from this panel.
Deleting a shared link makes it inaccessible to anyone who had it.

Revoke All Keys
Click Revoke All Keys to immediately invalidate all active API access credentials for your account.
Use this if you believe a credential has been exposed or compromised.
All active access credentials for your account are revoked at the same time.
Delete Cache
Clears locally stored audio generated by the text-to-speech feature. You can check whether cached audio exists before clearing.
If no audio is cached, this action has no effect.
Clear Chats
Permanently deletes your entire conversation history.
This action cannot be undone. All conversations are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
A confirmation dialog appears before the deletion proceeds.
