Organizing with Tags
Tags are short labels you attach to a conversation to group related chats together. Once a conversation is tagged, you can filter your sidebar to show only the conversations that share that tag - useful when you keep separate threads for different wallets, tokens, or research topics.
Adding a Tag to a Conversation
- Open the three-dot menu on a conversation in the left sidebar.
- Choose the tag option.
- Select an existing tag, or type a new name to create one.
- Apply it to save.
A conversation can carry more than one tag, so a single chat can belong to several groups at the same time.
Filtering by Tag
- Open the tag filter at the top of the left sidebar.
- Select the tag you want to focus on.
- The sidebar shows only the conversations that carry that tag.
Clear the filter to return to your full conversation list.
Managing Your Tags
- Rename or recolor a tag to keep your labels consistent.
- Remove a tag from a conversation without deleting the conversation itself.
- Reuse a tag across as many conversations as you like.
Notes
- Tags organize conversations only. They do not change the content of a conversation or what the AI can see.
- Removing a tag from one conversation does not remove it from others that share it.
- Tags work alongside search, bookmarks, and archiving - combine them to keep a large history easy to navigate.
