Sharing a Conversation

Sharing creates a read-only link that anyone can open without signing in to Cognivo Chat.

If the Share option is not visible in the conversation menu, shared links are not enabled on your account.

To create a share link:

  1. Open the conversation.
  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the conversation.
  3. Select Share.
  4. Click Create Link.
  5. Copy the link or scan the QR code.

To refresh a link (the previous URL stops working), click Refresh Link. To remove access immediately, click Delete Link.

To view and manage all your active shared links:

  1. Open Settings (click your user name at the bottom of the left sidebar → Settings)
  2. Go to the Data tab
  3. Click Manage in the Shared Links section

The table shows all active links with their titles and creation dates. You can sort by title or date, search by title, open the source conversation, or delete links individually or in bulk.
