Risk & Security Signals
Cognivo Risk Signals and the Cognivo Security Signal help you interpret a token or contract by combining what Cognivo can verify with clearly labeled supporting context.
How a risk answer is formed
A risk answer brings together:
- Cognivo Grounded On-Chain Evidence — facts verified directly on-chain (the authoritative basis).
- Cognivo Augmented Intelligence — supporting context, always labeled as augmented, where it is available.
Grounded evidence takes priority. Augmented context adds perspective but never overrides a grounded fact — see Grounded vs Augmented Evidence.
Reading risk labels
- Risk labels are indicators, not verdicts. They summarize signals; they do not certify an outcome.
- Where a signal could not be obtained, the answer shows it as not assessed or unavailable rather than assuming a result.
- A risk answer is not a safety guarantee and not financial advice.
Not financial advice
Cognivo provides analytical signals to support your own research. It does not tell you whether to buy, sell, or hold anything. Always verify independently before acting.
